Even coordination with customers is based on precision for us. Only after all outstanding points and possible design optimisation, where applicable, have been clarified does the actual machining process such as CNC turning or CNC milling begin.

Whether in the millimetre or µ range – we have the machines required and the right equipment to meet a huge range of requirements. Thanks to the diversity of our jobs, from simple to extremely complicated individual parts through small and medium-sized batches to mass production, with a wide range of precision requirements, we have been able to develop extensive know-how.

Manual and CNC-controlled measuring machines, digital profile projectors, conturographs and much more: our measurement technology is at the highest level. Precision at JEWA can be clearly calculated, beginning from excellent manufacturing quality through to optional 100% testing. We also offer all measurement methods as a service.

As an objective verification of our precise working methods and our high-performance processes, we are certified by TÜV Rheinland in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. In addition, we also have restamping authorisation.
