We can machine part diameters of 0.5 to 430 mm in turned parts. In the field of milling technology, part lengths of up to 2,500 mm are even possible.

We manufacture CNC parts for customers – and with their defined dimensions, accuracies, surface finishes and even batch sizes. This starts from individual items and has practically no upper limit for mass production. We can reproduce high volumes without a problem thanks to the optimal set-up of our machinery.

We exclusively manufacture CNC parts in accordance with individual customer requirements. The technical drawings, sketches or models which customers provide us with in hard copy or electronic form provide the basis for this.

We are very well equipped with automatic saws, a wire EDM machine and many other systems, including for broaching and welding.

We carry out flat grinding, glass bead/steel-shot blasting, barrel finishing and burnishing in-house at JEWA. We also offer fully automated part cleaning and laser marking as services.

In component assembly, all parts – manufactured by us, provided or even purchased – can be assembled according to our customers’ wishes and requirements. Naturally, we undertake the logistics required for this so that our customers’ supply chains are significantly simplified.

Precision is our recipe for success. Accordingly, we have numerous modern measuring devices and machines. From standard measuring tools such as dial gauges and plug gauges through manually and CNC-controlled 3D measuring machines to conturographs. Most of these measuring devices and machines are used in our climate-controlled measuring room so that a high quality standard can be ensured.

What do the logistics in the JEWA warehouse look like? How do things work there?

Dynamic and at the same time organised! Numerous pallet trucks and forklifts transport material for production or finished workpieces for delivery. Precision is the keyword in warehousing and logistics too. Independent material handling, cleverly planned stocks of raw materials and the best relationships with material suppliers reduce material and delivery bottlenecks to the greatest extent possible.

JEWA has a very large material warehouse with 120 tonnes of various raw materials such as aluminium or stainless steel. We are thus always able to react quickly and with great flexibility. We also have large warehouse capacities for finished parts. As a result, the shortest delivery times for flexible batch sizes are possible down to just-in-time delivery.
